Fortified Advisory (“FA”) is the trading division of FCA-regulated RiverFort Global Capital Limited (“RGC”). Fortified is a platform to provide advisory and introductory services to professional investors and enterprises with capital markets exposure, or a desire to have capital markets exposure, specialising in the London exchanges whilst facilitating introductions to OTC registration and overseas dual listings. Using our team of specialist advisors and analysts, we identify companies that are both listable and attractive based on current market data. We identify suitable exchange to target, focusing on those markets in London, AIM and the Standard Segment of the Main Market. We execute: - Fundraising - consolidating and growing our professional investor network (not retail) for investment rounds (pre IPO seed rounds and IPO/post IPO placings); - Identifying prospective IPO entities; - Identifying RTO targets and RTO buyers; - Providing strategic and commercial advisory services to various enterprises to project-manage their transactions to a successful conclusion.
