Forum Law Partners was established in February 2022 bringing together lawyers and legal consultants with in-depth experience across a wide variety of sectors and having worked at several of Bangladesh’s prominent law firms.
We are currently a team of 14 professional lawyers and paralegals that is continuing to grow in order to meet the increasing demands from clients.
The firm has, within a short period of time, developed a reputation for being a reliable, professional and trusted legal advisor for complex contentious and non-contentious matters. We have among our clientele a number of eminent multinational and local companies as well as private clients, operating in the IT, manufacturing, logistics, real-estate and financial sectors.
The firm accepts instructions across its practice areas and has a core focus on corporate (including m&a) and commercial, foreign direct investment and taxation matters. We, as a firm, pride ourselves on providing prompt and professional services to our valued clients to the highest standards in the market.
Operating out of three offices located in the north, centre and south of the capital city Dhaka, enables a seamless operation and delivery of services, remaining within easy reach of all our clients.
