We built something we believe in. At F4V we created fitness challenges requiring participants to hold weighted loads at all times. Simple. Repeatable. Scalable. This burden represents the affect mental health, PTSD and suicide has on the Military, First responders and their families. We partnered with Woodway Treadmills, Outdoorsmans, and Friends of the Brave (Our 501c3 status affiliated with FOB (http://www.friendsofthebrave.org/) to deploy a repeatable and scalable model that provided an immediate community impact.

+ We partner with other 5K's to Marathons to Triathlons to Relay races across the country.
+ We deploy custom events for Police and Fire Departments as well as for the Military
