With only 6% of CEOs being women, we see the opportunity to inspire more women to advance into leadership positions in their organizations.
We have partnered with close to 20 leading organizing - P&G, Telus, Facebook, Salesforce, American Express, Catalyst, Corus Entertainment (to name a few), to champion women's advancement in their organizations.
Annually, we run several events and two premiere conferences where company partners select their high potential women to attend for a day of learning and inspiration. Our content is structured around the PIE model (performance, image, exposure) and our focus is building a community of like-minded women to propel more women into leadership positions.
