The company is part of the portfolio of FairPlay International JSC (FPI), one of the most prominent investment companies in Bulgaria, with a history of more than 20 years. FPPM inherited FPI’s earlier hospitality investments and grew the initiative into a prosperous business.
Currently, FPI Hotels & Resorts operates several hotels in Sofia, Bulgaria, including the Arena di Serdica Residence Hotel, the Crystal Palace Boutique Hotel and Hill Hotel Sofia, as well as 2 holiday resorts – Santa Marina Holiday Village in the Black Sea town of Sozopol, Bulgaria and the St. Ivan Rilski - Hotel & Apartments in the ski resort Bansko, Bulgaria.
