The Frank & Serafìco project was born in 2009 from the meeting of Pier Paolo Pratesi and Fabrizio Testa, two winemakers who decided to settle in Maremma, at the heart of the Natural Uccellina Park, to develop a unique reality. A Farm that independently produces wines and beers, from raw materials entirely obtained in the territory. This awesome context includes a restaurant, whose delicious dishes are the result of home-made creativity combined with self grown ingredients coming from the vegetable garden. From 2018 the company changes structure: together with Russ Thomas and Chiara Ghiron, Pier Paolo Pratesi starts the farm made spirits production, after attending a training course in England at Salcombe – Devon County, for specific distillation techniques.
