We are one of the largest independent solar park operators in Germany. We cover the entire value chain of the solar parks: From project developers, general contractors (EPC) to long-term investor and operator (IPP).
This unique business model ensures a sustained high return on investment through continuous addition and efficient operation of the solar parks. We currently operate around 300 MWp with a statutory EEG electricity compensation from the start-up year plus 20 calendar years. The net surpluses of the plant operation are reinvested and enable excellent internal financing power for the ongoing new plant construction and the purchase of existing solar parks.
We are implementing new power sales channels in the innovative market environment of the energy transition with major changes in the legal framework. In addition to expanding our previous core business of solar systems we include battery storage for control power as well as further developments of hydrogen energy as an innovative future energy.
The era of digitization, automation, robotics and the Internet of Things is also part of our strategic corporate orientation. The focus is on the construction, maintenance and monitoring of our PV systems and the resulting expansion of our business models such as an attachment network consumer portal or energy trading on the EEG basis and on the open market. These include self-consumption, tenant electricity, direct delivery, tendering, power purchase (PPA) with industrial customers, stock exchange trading (national and international), international PPA projects...
In addition, we generate additional income by integrating renewable energy products into the new Green Real Estate business unit. Here we build a portfolio of upscale apartment buildings and smart home solutions in prime locations in Frankfurt am Main and other German cities.
