LIZZIO SRL’s business strategy involves the activities of quarrying, sawing, polishing, processing and restoring the ETNA BASALT from our own quarries, so we are experienced in quarrying blocks, processing slabs and tiles in our factory. Currently we have 2 quarries of BASALT “Pietra Lavica.” Please allow me to introduce “ETNA BASALT” to you: it’s a natural stone that contains numerous minerals and other rocks crystal that are estimated to be over 300 years old. Our Lava rocks are sourced from the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna in Italy to provide a perfect construction material. Possible applications: Floors and Cladding in interiors and exteriors, stairs, tables, sinks, kitchen tops, shower bases. ETNA BASALT is suitable for floor tile and wall plate and it' s widely used for garden and other outdoor areas. Some of its features are temperature resistant (stays cool when exposed to sun) and non skid surface (non slip material). Finishes: polished, honed, sanded, bush-hammered and brushed. Our BASALT have CE certification and comply with the European Union's rules.
