Established in 1993, Foundation of Rotary Clubs (Singapore) Ltd is the charity arm of all Rotary Clubs in Singapore. As an umbrella body that unites and represents Rotary Clubs across the nation, we pioneer and support humanitarian and educational projects to help those in need. FRCS is the head organisation of the FRCS Family Service Centre and FRCS Eldercare and Caregivers Centre. We also own HealthSafe Pte Ltd as a wholly owned social enterprise. As an Institution of Public Character (IPC), FRCS will issue 250% Tax Deductible Receipts for donations of $100 and above.
