FreaQWhenSees Records Is a label based in Aarhus, Denmark, under the direction of founders Matthew Thabane Muki and Victor Nyland Poulsen. Both are born and raised in the same region, Brabrand, in Aarhus. The two founders have been making music for over 25 years combined, and have worked their way up the ladder in the music industry while remaining as a unit and evolving among companions in a competitive and loving environment. This is the cornerstone and reason for the making of FreaQWhenSees. “FreaQwhenSees is a collective of creative and business directed people, who all contribute and help each other. Everything is genuine and has to be put out on vinyl” here's a thought The idea was to start a collective of bright individuals all seeking to advance and broaden their vision of music. Freaqwhensees influences artists, manage their brand as an artist all without exhausting their passion with prolonging releases and projects due to lack of knowledge, network or funds. The Family FreaQWhenSees is not just a collective of musicians and vocalists but “artists”. Now housing about 25-30 people in different areas of expertise like “Visual Graphics” Stage set-up, Live mixing, Music Videos, clothing designers, Booking, etc. We all have different agendas in terms of a carrier and also ideologi of what success means. The common denominator in this case is the Frequency the artists all share. Every member tuned into a certain vibe that’s very uncommon in Denmark. A language spoken with same emphasis as a 16 bar verse - or humor that is tied to a million double entendres. In other words we are the alter Egos when amongst each other. Feeding off each others energy, and amplifying the universe that is created around the individual artists and also the common universe that we all share. Just like superheroes. By being in this intoxicating state of Ubermensch, it enables us to spread the love and good vibes at a high level with consistency.
