We are a global network of organizations committed to ending period poverty in Ghana by 2030 through data, collaboration, and local-led action.
Free PAD is an acronym that stands for Free Period supplies, Appropriate WASH facilities, and Decent skills for Jobs (PAD).
Our vision is to realize a world where everyone has fair access to PAD and Prosperity regardless of where they are born.
We are currently working with and through the school system to gather the most comprehensive quantitative data on period poverty in Ghana. We are also developing a period poverty index (first-of-its-kind in the world) in Ghana to make it easy for key stakeholders to visualize and monitor the distribution of period poverty across districts for targeted interventions and evidence-based advocacy.
We are actively calling on NGOs, Corporate Bodies, and Individuals to join our alliance.
