1. Designed the video-based Staying Strong toolkit that equips leaders to engage with their teams around well-being and resilience. Woolworths won the 2022 IPM Excellence Award for their implementation of this toolkit across 400+ stores, touching 20,000+ employees with four months of weekly, short, powerful, structured, well-being conversations
2. Conceptualised, developed and implemented a Women Career Advancement Programme for High Potential Women ion the lower rungs of the leadership ladder. This programme has since been implemented by 6 organisations e.g RCL Foods, Heineken, PPECB and Mumi Mine
3. Within one month of Lockdown, developed a high-impact COVID-19 Frontline toolkit for shopfloor workers that was implemented with big success at several large companies e.g. Premier and RCL Foods
4. Customised our employee engagement programmes for several SABMIller sites across Africa, positively impacting culture and the bottom line
5. Partnered with the leadership team at CCBSA Devland to transform their culture from severely hostile to collaborative
