In Charlotte alone, over 2.5 million pounds of edible food go to waste each week, while 163,000 people face food insecurity. Incredible nonprofits are already tackling this challenge, redirecting surplus food to those in need. But many people remain underserved—those in remote areas, experiencing homelessness, or without access to a kitchen.
That’s where we come in.
We use cutting-edge freeze-drying technology to transform surplus and donated food into shelf-stable, delicious, and highly nutritious meals. Our ready-to-eat, individually packaged meals are lightweight, require no refrigeration or cooking, and retain 97% of their nutrients. They’re perfect for communities where traditional food distribution methods fall short.
We partner with nonprofits, food donors, and bulk suppliers to reduce waste and costs—while increasing access to real, healthy food. By bridging food excess with food insecurity through smart technology, we help reach the hardest-to-reach populations with dignity and ease.
