Known for our Southern Louisiana fried chicken and soulful sides, we’ve become a cultural landmark in the city—rooted in tradition, built on community, and driven by a passion for great food. What started as a small po-boy shop in Houston’s Third Ward has grown into a beloved institution across the region. Frenchy’s introduced generations of Houstonians to the rich flavors of Southern Louisiana—crispy, seasoned fried chicken, red beans and rice, dirty rice, collard greens, and other deeply satisfying Creole dishes that feel like home.
