Fresh Home Initiative is a community-driven project dedicated to supporting prison leavers as they reintegrate into society. We provide essential new home starter kits, including microwaves, kettles, bedding, cutlery, pots and pans, everything needed to create a stable and comfortable living environment as they start afresh.
The initiative seeks to remove one of the many barriers to successful rehabilitation by offering practical support during a time of significant transition. By helping individuals create a home, we aim to give them the foundation they need to rebuild their lives, regain confidence, and reintegrate with dignity.
