All patients and clients receive quality treatment regardless of the reason for their visit. Fresh Start Health accepts KY insurance plans including Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid and Medicaid HMO plans. We also accept OH Medicaid, Caresource and Molina plans and we do not charge additional program fees of any kind.
