Friends in Action provides education, information, skills training and support for family caregivers....the largest health care workforce in the US. Families who care for a loved one often do so with little preparation and minimal support...while trying to juggle jobs, children and other life responsibilities. All of this juggling creates tremendous stress for the caregiver, leading to their own health problems, workplace issues, and family conflict.
