Today in Latin America, more than 30% of youth live below the poverty line, there are more than 65M young people without a decent job, and in the lower strata only 24% manage to finish secondary education and only 6% manage to access to a tertiary or university education (according to data from ECLAC, ILO and UNESCO).
At Forge, we provide training in soft life skills and access to quality job opportunities.
To achieve this, we work in a close team together with public education and the business world throughout the region; building together a brighter future for all.
