Founded in 1976, Friendship Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to adults living with dementia and related conditions. Our beautiful location in Montecito, near Santa Barbara on the California Central Coast, offers a peaceful and serene environment for our members to connect, relax, and enjoy year-round outdoor activities in our sun-filled patio and butterfly garden, nature walks, and beach outings.
Our personalized services include professionally-led activity programs that support physical, emotional, and social needs, hygiene services, and nourishing meals. We help older adults thrive, and their loved ones find respite.
