Every year 3,000 Palestinians graduate from degrees in computer sciences, but only 25% of them find a job in the field. On the other hand, Israeli tech companies outsource 20,000 R&D positions to developing economies, but almost none of those are directed towards the Palestinian community. At Frizbee we focus on supporting Israeli tech companies in growing their R&D teams with Palestinian developers, helping to address the low level of employment in the Palestinian tech community.
