From Fat to Finish Line is company that is based on the same-named documentary (now available on iTunes, Amazon Prime & YouTube) and spawned a community specifically for new, overweight and struggling runners. Our mission is to change lives and empower individuals through running. Our goal is to provide our tribe the tools and resources they need to find their inner athlete, become mentally and physically strong, and achieve a healthier lifestyle. We offer accountability in our community, specialized training plans developed by former overweight coaches, fun-filled events around the globe, a podcast and gear designed to get everyone to their finish line goals and beyond.
Our flagship product, the "Run Your 1st Mile" program, is specifically designed for new runners that might not consider themselves natural-born athletes. Over the course of several steps that can be easily repeated if needed and with a technology in place that helps the participants to celebrate every milestone, we set new runners up for success.
Our uniquely adaptable training plans are designed to support runners of all levels. We take a community-based approach to training. Peer mentors and certified coaches who’ve been in the shoes of our members are always on hand to offer guidance and support. Additionally, we focus on the mental and emotional challenges that many runners face.
