La production du lait de vache, brebis ou chèvre provient de producteurs attitrés à notre fromagerie, qui produisent exclusivement du lait de non-ensilage. Il est transformé en Gruyère AOP, Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP et différentes spécialités laitières ou fromagères. Notre gamme de produits est reconnue et appréciée aussi bien en Suisse qu’à l’étranger.
