Frontiers Africa

Frontiers Africa is a not-for-profit organization that is focused on nation-building, through human capacity development as well as the teaching and creating awareness about the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in order to drive action. Our objective is to build Africa, particularly Nigeria. One of the ways we do this is through leadership development. We believe that the capacity of any nation is anchored solely on the capacity of its people. We want to build young Nigerians; Nigeria has a large population of young people –ever increasing. We are the future of Nigeria. One of the areas of growth in leadership, training every individual to be a great leader. Although our current school curriculum covers different forms of instruction, it doesn’t cover leadership development from the secondary school to the university level; this makes for a huge dearth of leadership. We create age-appropriate modules for leadership development at the primary and secondary level and also offer leadership training to inspire and equip the leaders of the future- not only to be able to play on a local level but compete and achieve global relevance. This leadership development is not limited to the political sphere but to health care, commerce, entrepreneurship, teaching and every career possible; because we need leaders, innovators and team players in all key sectors of our country –world.
