Students can select between more than 20 undergraduate and master's degrees from six academic departments in agricultural business, animal sciences and agricultural education, food science and nutrition, industrial technology, plant science, and viticulture and enology.
Three on-campus research programs (Center for Irrigation Technology, Institute for Food and Agriculture, Viticulture and Enology Research Center) connect our faculty, staff and students to industry and community partners to share their expertise, research support, and educational programs.
Our college's 1,000-acre University Agricultural Laboratory ( https://www.agf.fresnostate.edu ) connects the College to hands-on teaching, production and research efforts year-round. Its 18 units employ over 100 students that create products for our Gibson Farm Market and reflect the diversity and emphasis on sustainability of the nation's leading agricultural area.
