FULL BRIGHT was established in 1986, and is a multi-disciplinary national consulting firm having over 32 years of experience in Nepal. The firm comprises highly qualified technical professionals with skills and experience in wide-ranging fields of development and management in sector; transportation (roads and highways), water resources (irrigation, river training, energy/ hydropower), building, urban development, institutional reform, regional planning/development, socio-economic studies, environmental and social studies including implementations, impact/effectiveness assessment and M & E studies etc. The organization chart of FULL BRIGHT is presented below. FULL BRIGHT is registered with ADB (CMS registration No. 003741), the World Bank (Vendor and with e-Consultant) & is a member of Society of Consulting Architectural and Engineering Firms (SCAEF Membership No. M48). The firm has excellent experience in large infrastructure projects, both externally funded (ADB, the WB, DFID, etc.) and local (Government of Nepal) and has carried out and completed assignments in partnership with a number of national and internationals firms and the assignments include feasibility studies, detailed engineering design, construction supervision, contract administration, project management, technical assistance and capacity building etc.. The firm also has gained large experience in environmental and social studies including socio-economic surveys (baseline, mid-line, endline), impact assessment, environmental and social assessment, monitoring and evaluation for various sectors such as agriculture, health and nutrition etc. .
