If today this affirmation still provokes curiosity, imagine on August 14, 1996, when, after so many conquests, Christina Carvalho Pinto surprises everybody when changes her comfortable position of first woman of the history of Latin America to preside a multinational group introducing Full Jazz Communication in the market, an inedited outline of company that works as a jazz band.
At the end of that mentioned August, 96, Peter Drucker gave an interview to Wired magazine, saying that the corporations needed to become jazz bands. And closing the same year, the PhD John Kao, from Harvard, introduced the book Jamming in the market: The Art and Discipline of Creativity in the Company.
