Terra Foundation Overview

Terra is a non-profit organization created with the purpose of integrating natural ecosystem restoration while at the same time serving as a platform for personal evolution and awareness building. We understand that both these external and internal aspects are deeply intertwined, and therefore need to be addressed as a whole to aid in the development of a new paradigm for human sustainability. At a time when regenerative and carbon-negative solutions to mitigate our planetary impact are direly needed, we promote recovery of degraded lands through the implementation of agroforestry systems with the aim of re-building soils, producing healthy food and recovering biodiversity of native ecosystems, while also empowering local organizations, communities and individuals. We are currently developing our main site and experimental agroforestry plot in Escobar, Buenos Aires Province, with the aim of spreading this practice and accompanying other regeneration projects across Argentina. At this location we´ll also be organizing courses, seminars and retreats related to this topic as well as inner work related personal and group activities.
