Since 2006, we have emerged to support the action taken at the various hospitals and nursing homes around the country - where we have a supply of adequate health care for people in vulnerable situations. Belonging to the Hospitaller Order of Saint John of God, present in Portugal for over 400 years, it has sought to update its healthcare offer - currently focusing on combating stigma in mental health. We have also done a lot of work in Mozambique (where we welcome young people, support families with food and fund merit scholarships) and other countries in need - such as Venezuela (with food, funds and medicines). We thus have NGO, NGOD and IPSS status, as well as Public Utility status, in more than 50 countries.
