Future Proof is a commentary on the entertainment industry's endless desire to hold audiences' attention and the continuous cycle of technological obsolescence that results from constant 'innovation' in a climate of attention deficit. And what better way to represent this impending toothless ethos and style than the cultural wasteland that was the 1980s? We lean heavily into the concepts of obsolescence and cultural excess, both through a close-to-reality fictional universe and aesthetic presentation.
