Profile: G&D Coaching gives you an opportunity to accelerate your personal growth, goal attainment and development as a professional and individual. Mission: G&D ultimate goal is to provide you with effective training and coaching to improve the soft skills and your overall well-being. My science directed approach employs cognitive, behavioral and goal oriented coaching to quickly and powerfully improve your functioning as an individual and a professional. Your happiness and success is what I am up to. Group Coaching Many traditional trainings focus on teaching people, rather than coaching them. At G&D Coaching my trainings do involve teaching. However, it is woven throughout the training. It is structured into mini-lectures which clients then incorporate using experiential, multi-modal learning techniques. Group coaching is used to reinforce and expand the teachings. It not only helps you arrive at that "ah ha" moment (key to developing new neural pathways) more quickly and easily, but also fosters team spirit and enhanced communication among team members. Working in a group coaching environment also encourages creativity and can even provide you with the courage to try new approaches. Individual Coaching Working on an individual basis allows me to use cognitive/behavior based coaching with maximum efficacy. Creating positive change in your life can more difficult than it sounds, particularly when attempted in isolation. Most people start off strong, then falter when it becomes boring or emotionally challenging. They either become blocked, or face something that is too difficult to address without support. This is where I step in. I can use effective questioning and other resources to help you be more self-aware, self-correcting or self-generating.
