In direct collaboration and partnership with the City of Atlanta, along with the Continuums of Care (CoCs) throughout Georgia, G1VE Atlanta most effectively Eradicates the Epidemic that is Cyclical Homelessness by focusing meticulously on benchmarking measurable outcomes directly correlated to:
1. Number of individuals placed in either shelter, short-term housing, long-term housing and support programs related to assisting these individuals in obtaining stable work and remaining out of the homeless cycle.
2. How often individuals use the service and recurring patterns of usage.
3. Rate[s] of homelessness decreasing as a result of our impact on local and regional communities.
4. Continuum of Support through Point-in-Time Count
5. Fuel optimization resulting from the use of Electric Vehicles
Direct cost-reduction/offset as it relates to the reduction in the number and frequency of Emergency Services Resources (i.e., Emergency Vehicles: Emergency Personnel, Fuel Consumption, Depreciation) devoted to transporting our homeless persons to homeless shelters.
