Our mission is to strengthen individuals and families as they navigate various life cycles by providing skills and resources to weather any storm. Dr. Gabby as an Afro-Caribbean woman, realized that my community has limited mental health resources, including self-care support and education. Dr. Gabby founded Gabby Cares of South Florida, to bridge this gap in hopes of improving mental health outcomes and increasing life management skills within underserved communities.
