Stichting Archipel Amersfoort is een initiatief van kunstenaars om betaalbare hedendaagse beeldende kunst te bieden in hartje Amersfoort. De stichting is voornamelijk een intermediair tussen kunstenaars en kopers/belangstellenden en stelt een aantrekkelijke ruimte in het centrum van Amersfoort ter beschikking.
Archipel Amersfoort is a foundation established by three artists and an art consultant in 2014. It provides an exhibition space in the beautiful historic city centre of Amersfoort: Archipel Gallery which acts as an intermediary. The gallery aims to be a platform for artists and for the promotion of quality affordable art. It does not target profit, but rather interaction between the public and art and artists.
