I'm both a principal designer and someone who can lead a team; I work hard to maintain my craft. I believe that effective design leaders should be actively connected to the work through hands-on involvement. As Director of Design at TM, I led projects for the Department of Defense, represented design at the United Nations, and implemented COVID-19 design solutions for the White House.
