Trevor Garbutt, the owner of Garbutt Construction DKI, originally started out in the home renovation business in 2002 with a custom home building company. In 2005 Trevor expanded his business to include professional cleaning, repair, and emergency restoration services to property owners.
Garbutt Construction joined as a member of the DKI network in 2013. As a member, the company strives for excellence and professionalism in all areas of restoration. Every effort is made to exceed industry standards in safety procedures, training, equipment, and customer service. The Garbutt team has extensive training in the IICRC programs as restoration technicians and is also certified with Tarion New Home Warranty.

For contents restoration, the 6000 square foot contents cleaning facility can handle any size pack-out; from cataloging, cleaning and deodorizing, to on-site heated and secured storage.
