Gartena (ATS) Holdings Limited, (“GAH”) and Allied Trust Securities Group (“ATSG”) as Global Asset Managers to GAH, have come to together with THREE UNIQUE and Bespoke Intellectual Property Rights (“IP”) for Integrated Waste2Energy Management - Alternative Intelligent Renewable Energy Source Processes - in the form of;
1) The GAH IP Core Process of the Rotating Kiln Oven and the Afterburning chamber, Patent (Method and Plant for Burning Solid Fuel). (The “GAH IP”).
and
2) ATSG’s most Innovative, Creative, and Unique “Quantifiable Risk Solutions” in the form of the IP ATSG “Construction Bond/Asset-Backed Promissory Note Process” (“IP-CBABS”), which also includes the specialist arrangements ATSG have with Marsh Ltd, Jardine Lloyd Thompson and AJ Gallagher- International Insurance Brokerages in the City of London and Hong Kong on the IP-CBABS, with their Totally Integrated Insurance Products (“TIIP”), specifically tailor made under the instructions of ATSG and the IP-CBABS, with “Quantifiable Risk Solutions” for global large-scale: Infrastructure, Oil, Gas, Energy, Hydro, Power, Mining, Utilities, Construction Sectors, and more in particular The GAH IP, and the GAH Waste2Energy Management and Alternative Intelligent Renewable Energy Sources. Whereby ATSG have introduced their Unique and Bespoke IP-CBABS and BoilerPlate Securitization Plan and arranged TIIP, which includes forward plans for a specialist form of Public/Private (PFI/PPP) and Financial Engineering through a Private Placement Initiative Methodology (“PPIM”).
