The University of Oklahoma’s Gas Compressor Short Course is held annually and offers participants the opportunity to learn current diagnostic and repair techniques on equipment. Courses are taught in classroom and lab settings by professional instructors who are leading the industry today. Instructors will demonstrate current diagnostic methods and repair techniques on equipment, and each participant will have the opportunity to apply and practice the newly learned skills.
The courses offered are Engine Emission Optimization, Operation and Maintenance of High-Speed Compressors, Caterpillar Engines, Alignment, Compressor and Production Equipment Controls, and Centrifugal Compressors. Participants can choose one of the six courses to attend throughout the duration of the conference.
All participants who attend the Gas Compressor Short Course will receive a Certificate of Successful Course Completion from the University of Oklahoma. Additionally, 1.75 Continuing Education Units are provided upon verification of attendance in the 17.5 hours of class held during the conference.
