Gate 46 provides farms with fully funded Covered Anaerobic Digestors (CADs), which are specifically designed for the Australian Dairy Industry. We support businesses and local communities by procuring our equipment from Australian companies and utilising local contractors for installation, maintenance, and support.
Our equipment generates Australian Carbon Credit Units (ACCUs) through the destruction of methane, which is a powerful greenhouse gas. At larger facilities, our systems can produce heat for heating and cooling liquids as well as renewable electricity generation, enabling us to provide a potential income stream and a cheaper power supply to Australian dairy, piggery and cattle farms at no upfront cost to the farmer.
