Gateway CDFI's mission, along with our parent company, the St. Louis Equity Fund, Inc. ("SLEFI), is to effectively utilize bank loan pool funds, corporate investment, and available tax incentives to stimulate the development of affordable housing throughout Missouri, Southern Illinois, and Eastern Kansas. Gateway also provides consulting services and training to support the development of affordable rental housing and the revitalization and stabilization of neighborhoods.
