For nearly 100 years, Gateway (formerly HASA) has been Maryland’s leading resource for language and communication services. With a vision for a society where everyone can understand and be understood, Gateway’s nonprofit mission allows for the highest level of service and personalization to everyone who can benefit from its services: Audiology, Speech and Occupational Therapy, Interpreting Services, Sign Language Classes, and our School for children with autism, developmental disabilities and communication disorders. Proudly serving more than 4,000 children and adults annually, Gateway is committed to fostering language diversity acceptance and treating everyone with integrity, compassion and equity.
