We are Suffocating (Gavigudet) is a civil movement that started in the spring of 2018 with the goal of improving the air quality in Rustavi.

Rustavi is an industrial city where we have to breathe bad or terrible quality air 280 days out of the year on average.
Because the vast majority of manufacturing sites don't abide by the air protection requirements, they don't have dust collectors, filters or filtration systems, their manufacturing process and system of governmental oversight, management, and implementation designed to maintain standards are all in disarray, the penalties for non-compliance have been miniscule for quite some time and unproportional to the damage inflicted; there are not enough green areas in the city, and the population's level of awareness remains low.
