Detroit native Gayle Harte began making her hand made truffles in 1979 and demand for her confections quickly followed. She opened her Royal Oak retail store in 1985 and has been sharing
her love of chocolate ever since.
Gayle’s Chocolates are made using only the finest natural ingredients and a premium high content cacao, producing an intensely rich chocolate. As Detroit’s finest chocolatier, Gayle’s products are shipped throughout the US and have been featured by national retailers such as Williams Sonoma and Saks Fifth Avenue. Corporate clients have included Mercedes-Benz, PNC Bank, and Verizon Wireless.
With an opening minimum order of $1000, Gayle’s offers an expansive line of wholesale options for your gourmet or specialty retail operation.
