The mission of Grand Canyon University’s Students Inspiring Students (SIS) scholarship program is to grant local students the opportunity to receive a private college education. Many inner-city students in our community are unable to achieve their dreams of obtaining a college education due to many challenges, including financial difficulties. To make private, Christian education an accessible reality for all, GCU’s Students Inspiring Students program provides students the means and conviction to pursue and achieve their dreams of earning a college degree as they give back to their community.
As a result, GCU and SIS have awarded over 650 full-tuition scholarships and have granted students over $7 million in scholarships since 2016.
