Geist Technology

Geist Technology (www.geisttek.com) designs web-enabled monitoring devices for special applications. We create all hardware and software which allows us to add custom features as needed. We build production units and license our designs to manufacturers. Geist Technology was formed as a result of our sister company, IT Watchdogs (ITW). For nearly a decade, ITW has manufactured climate and power monitoring and alert systems that prevent system downtime, hardware damage and data loss. The devices monitor temperature, humidity, voltage, current and sound levels and report all measurements to a web interface, alerting the administrator when measurements start to fall above or below the threshold and allow for a response over the web interface. While manufacturing these monitoring devices, ITW engineers developed the expertise to build strategic web servers (or monitoring devices) that require low power and are able to acquire digital and analog data and provide signal conditioning.
