Youth Development (GençGel) is a free online awareness training program to provide high school and university students and recent graduates with 21st-century competencies.
The main purpose of GençGel is to provide young people with the competencies not taught in the schools included in the Turkish education system and to enable them to become better equipped and conscious individuals.
GençGel trainings are organised free of charge and online every year in 2 separate periods as Autumn and Spring semesters and 4-month programmes.
