Gem mortgages is an independent mortgage broker, which means we can offer mortgages from many of the high street banks. We are an appointed representative of TenetLimeLimited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
The business was founded by Gemma in 2018 after many years of being a Mortgage advisor for a high street bank and other larger organisations, and after 20 years in the industry and being CeMap qualified, Gemma decided it was time to go independent so that she could offer her customers more than just the deals on offer at one bank. Gem Mortgages is all about helping clients get the right mortgage for you, and taking a personal approach to what can be an overly complicated process.
The business is based in Trowbridge in Wiltshire, but continues to help returning customers further afield, on a remote basis.
