Further, Gen serves as a Director on the Board of the CT Association of Realtors (CTR) where she also Co-Chairs the Risk Reduction Committee. Gen serves on the Board of Trustees of Friends School Baltimore (as the Alumni Assoc. Representative) where she spent her formative years and learned the Quaker value “to seek that of good in everyone.” Gen enjoys being a very active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Gen is currently serves as the President of The Cultured Pearl Foundation, Inc. which provides scholarships and community outreach to residents of Fairfield County, CT. Additionally, Gen serves as President of The Lunch Counter Foundation (TLC Foundation) which provides education and resource assistance to small business owners to ready them for success.
