Genwell Capital Overview

Genwell Capital is a registered 506b/c fund that provides a personally guaranteed savings account that pays 8% per annum to accredited investors, and the same to non-accredited investors that have a personal relationship with a Genwell Capital manager. There are no fees, no lockup periods, no transaction frequency limits, the interest rate is fixed, and interest is credited daily at midnight PST based on the current balance. Automatic deposits and withdrawals can be set up. Every account holder is kept up to date with Genwell Capital assets, cash, credit, stocks, real estate, and alternative investments. Account holders are told where each asset is sourced and can provide a detailed justification why each asset is chosen. Genwell Capital accounts are typically used by clients to save up funds for either a life event or an investment. They are used to hold the proceeds of investment sales while looking for investments. Genwell Capital uses Stairway infrastructure and brand to manage the front end user experience, backend operations and holding reserve funds before they are deployed. The business as a whole maintains liquidity using cash, lines of credit, and stocks, as well as real estate stakes that can also be liquidated if needed. The status of these and other assets is shared every regularly in an audit email. We believe Genwell Capital is a better place than a bank to store and grow funds that you need to keep liquid.
