Gen-Z Accountants a Flagship Project of GENERATION-Z YOUTH CAREER DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION, an (N.G.O) Not-for-Profit Organization dedicated to giving a choice to young finance aspirants to address Career Mismatch and the scarcity of skilled finance professionals in Nigeria, by enlightening and guiding young aspiring finance professionals to develop their skills, professional ethics, and networks, for accessing job and entrepreneurship opportunities to alleviate unemployment rates in Nigeria.
Through our Gen-Z Finance Clubs in Government schools, we Provide a Lifelong Fellowship with 6 years Active Career Peering program to young students aspiring to become a Finance Professional. This structure would avert the possibility of Students dropping out of public schools and reduce societal challenges such as suicide, cultism and criminal activities linked to youth disenchantment. We equip students with practical skills, professional ethics, and entrepreneurial mindsets that transcend traditional classroom instruction or JAMB scores.
The alternate academic structure of our Career Peering Program ensures Inclusivity to students who may not excel in high-stakes exams like JAMB are still empowered to pursue professional certifications such as ICAN-A.T.S, CIS Diplomas, Financial Modelling, and Internship Tracks that lead to stable careers and economic inclusion. The fellowship also fosters Financial Literacy for people with Hearing and Speaking Disabilities.
Being young changemakers, we also review Government Funded Academic or Educational projects and hold Contractors and Agencies accountable, on behalf of the Public and the Government.
