(1) Subsoil Investigation - Subsoil investigation is done to find the character, nature, load-bearing capacity, and settlement capacity of the soil before constructing a new building, or structure or for alteration of the foundation of an existing structure. Since its establishment, Geoscape Consultants Ltd. has performed over 1000+ projects in sub-soil investigation nationwide.
(2) Consultancy & Design - Geoscape works with the design team to select and design appropriate foundations and construction techniques for every type of project, ranging from the basic to the most complex and sensitive. Since its establishment, Geoscape Consultants Ltd. has performed over 500+ Consultancy & Design projects nationwide.
(3) Non-destructive Tests on piles - Different Nondestructive Tests are performed on piles to ensure the pile capacity, material quality, and strength. Geoscape Consultants Ltd. proudly provides a variety of such tests- SLT, DLT, PIT, PSLOG, PSI & CSL to name a few. Since its establishment, Geoscape Consultants Ltd. has performed over 300+ Non-destructive Tests nationwide.
